Time: 10 minutes

• Ask: Who was thirsty? What did he see? What was his plan? What happened to the water?
• Children answer and find the line in the book

Key Points to Remember

• The crow was very thirsty and searched for water everywhere
• He saw a pitcher with very little water in it but could not reach it
• He dropped pebbles into the pot one by one and the water level rose
• The crow drank the water and flew away happily
