Revision Activity 1: Mixed-Up Words

Time: 5 minutes

• Say the words of a sentence from page 72 in a mixed-up order
• Children say the sentence in the right order

Revision Activity 2: Word Card Line-Up

Time: 10 minutes

• Give each child in a group a card: Fish / swim / in / water, The / tiger / lives / in / the / jungle
• The group stands in the right order and reads the sentence

Revision Activity 3: Write It Down

Time: 10 minutes

• Write on the board: are / chirping / The / birds
• Children write the sentence in their notebooks with a capital letter and a full stop
