Revision Activity 1: Listen and Say

Time: 5 minutes

• Say a word from page 22 slowly: bee, seed, queen, jeep, weep, eat, leaf, tea, sea, meat
• Children say the word back and stretch the long "e" sound

Revision Activity 2: Two Piles

Time: 10 minutes

• Write the ten words on cards
• Children sort the cards into two piles, "ee" and "ea"
• Read each pile aloud together

Revision Activity 3: Which Pair?

Time: 10 minutes

• Write the words on the board with a gap. Children call out "ee" or "ea":
  • qu___n (ee)
  • m___t (ea)
  • tr___ (ee)
  • s___t (ea)
