- Say a word and learners point to it: yo-yo, yacht, yarn, yoghurt
- Then swap: you point, learners say the word
- Clap once for every correct answer
Revision Activity 3: Table Sentence Game
Time: 5 minutes
- Put a ball of yarn and an empty yoghurt pot on the table
- Say "There is yarn and yoghurt on the table."
- Learners point to each thing as they say the sentence with you

Time: 8 minutes
- Draw a big "Y" and a small "y" on the board
- Call a learner to point: "Show me big Y. Show me small y."
- Learners trace "Y" and "y" in the air. Show that the tail of small "y" goes below the line
- Trace one dotted row of "Yy" on a fresh sheet, capital first, then small
Revision Activity 6: Roll or Not?
Time: 3 minutes
- Push a ball of yarn and a flat paper circle across the table
- Ask: "Which one rolls?" (the ball of yarn, because it is round all over)
