Say "big V" and "small v" with your child. Ask your child to circle every V and v in the rows below.

Exercise B: Look and Say
Point to each picture in the textbook (page 61). Your child says the word. Tick the box when your child says it.

Exercise E: Colour the Van

Exercise F: Trace the Letters
Your child traces the capital letter first, then the small letter. Start at the top, slant down, then slant back up.

Exercise G: Say the Sentence
Say the sentence to your child. Your child repeats it.
"The vulture is watering the flowers in the vase."
Now ask:
- Who is watering the flowers? (the vulture)
- Where are the flowers? (in the vase)
