Point to each picture in the textbook (page 50). Your child says the word. Tick the box when your child says it.

Exercise E: Colour the Rainbow
Draw a rainbow in the box. Your child colours it, starting with red at the top.

Ask: "How many colours did you use?" Count them together.
Exercise F: Trace and Write Rr
Capital first, then small. "R" goes down, back to the top, round in a bump, then a slanting leg. Small "r" goes down, back up, then a little curve over.

Print rows 1 and 2 in a dotted tracing font. Your child writes "Rr" on their own on row 3.
Exercise G: Say the Sentence
Say the sentence to your child. Your child repeats it.
"Rameez is playing with a racket."
Now ask:
- Who is playing? (Rameez)
- What is he playing with? (a racket)
