Hello, little friends! Welcome to our English lesson. Today we are going to meet a new letter. It is the letter h!

Look at this big red letter. This is big H, and this is small h. Can you say it with me? h!

The letter h makes a sound. It says h, h, h. It is like a little puff of air. Put your hand in front of your mouth and say it with me. h, h, h. Can you feel the air? Very good!

Now look at the picture. We are on a sunny farm. Look at this big white horse. Say horse. Horse! Horse starts with h. h, h, horse.

Can you see the little house behind the horse? It has a roof made of straw. This is a hut. Say hut. Hut! h, h, hut.

Here is a man with a big brown hat. He is holding his hat. Say hat. Hat! h, h, hat.

And who is this? It is a hen! She is eating from a little blue bowl. Two yellow chicks are with her. Cheep, cheep! Say hen. Hen! h, h, hen.

Let us say all our h words together. Hen. Hat. Hut. Horse. Great job!

Now let us say our chant. Clap with me. h, h, hen. h, h, hat. h, h, hut. Wonderful!

Here is a little rhyme about the horse. Listen. h, h, horse gleams in the sunlit rays. Say it with me. h, h, horse gleams in the sunlit rays. The sun is shining on the white horse. It looks so bright!

Let us play a game. When I say hen, flap your wings like a hen. Hen! Flap, flap. When I say horse, gallop like a horse. Horse! Gallop, gallop. When I say hat, tip your hat. Hat! Well done!

Now it is time to draw the letter h. Hold up your finger. Let us draw a big H in the air. Go straight down. Go straight down again. Now go across the middle. Big H!
