Say each word aloud. Your child draws a line from the word to the correct picture.

Exercise D: Colour the Grapes

Draw a bunch of small round grapes in the box. Your child colours the grapes purple.

Exercise E: Trace the Letter g

Curve round like a ball, go back up, then go down and curl a tail under.

Exercise F: Say the Chant

Say the chant to your child. Your child repeats it.

"g / g / girl, g / g / goat, g / g / glass"

Now say the rhyme line together:

"g / g / grapes are small and round in shape"

Ask:

1. Are grapes big or small? (small)
2. What shape are grapes? (round)
